Does it really work with zero signal?
Yes. The entire diagnostic database — 16 systems, 280 symptoms, 1,791 causes — plus P-T tables and the emergency safety reference ship inside the app. You can diagnose, run checklists, log maintenance, and capture photos in a -20°F freezer with no connection. Everything syncs automatically when signal returns. Full offline mode is included with Pro and Enterprise.
Which refrigerants are covered?
Four: R-717 (ammonia), R-744 (CO2), R-404A, and R-454B. Diagnostic content is ammonia-first, with inline notes wherever CO2 and HFC/HFO behavior meaningfully differs. The Free tier includes R-717 and R-404A; Pro and Enterprise unlock all four.
Can my whole crew use it?
Enterprise ($49/user/mo) adds multi-user team management: invite technicians, assign roles, and share client sites across the organization. Each tech works independently offline and syncs to the shared account. Admins also get API keys, webhooks, and role-based access control.
Who owns the data — and can I get it out?
You do. Export branded PDF reports (with or without photos) for any checklist or diagnosis directly from the app. Your records are never deleted if you downgrade, and Enterprise accounts can pull data programmatically through the REST API.
